Support's quick, onboarding's fine if you're HCI-savvy, but API docs could step up for heavy automation. The real surprise was the built-in smarts: it learns patterns and auto-suggests optimizations like resource shifts during peaks, dodging headaches in our educational setup. UI nails 90% of tasks intuitively, plays nice with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, though advanced stuff has a curve. Overall, it flipped our hybrid workflow—less firefighting, more cloud strategy focus.

What I like most about Nutanix Prism is its simplicity and visibility. It offers a single, intuitive interface for managing compute, storage, and virtualization without having to rely on multiple tools. Prism also makes it straightforward to monitor performance, capacity, and overall health in real time, which helps speed up troubleshooting and reduces operational overhead. Day-to-day tasks like VM management, upgrades, and scaling can be completed quickly and with confidence, so the infrastructure team can spend less time on routine maintenance and more time supporting business and production needs.

I find the disaster recovery strategies provided by Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) really effective, especially when it comes to multiregion failures, which my customers often require. The templates available also work quite well for my needs. Additionally, I appreciate how intuitive NCI is compared to other cloud providers, making it easier to troubleshoot infrastructure issues across compute, storage, and networking layers in production environments for my customers. The setup was pretty easy for us, adding to its usability.
