Customer Service Failures Overshadow Potential Benefits
Not much to be honest. I guess they are ok for basic sales tax filings but anything complicated they seem to have no idea what to do

Weak on Support, Probably Okay for Straightforward Sales Tax, But Nothing Somewhat Complex (e.g. bundling)
I find the Stripe integration in Numeral to be great. It seamlessly calculates sales tax and files returns, which theoretically should make the process easy and simple. I also appreciate that the setup was super simple.
