I like that Numeral takes care of the drudgery of sales tax compliance. State websites feel stuck in the year 2000, and Numeral handles the icky bits, so I don’t have to download files or deal with website errors. Customer support has been great and gives me peace of mind. Onboarding was solid, and by week two all my questions were answered. Setup was easy for me as an early adopter, though I’m not sure how comfortable someone less geeky would feel.
