What I like most about Notion is that I can look at the same task list in different ways depending on what I'm trying to check. I mostly use Task Databases, Status Views, Assignees, Due Dates, Priorities, and Task Types to keep track of ongoing work. The All Tasks, By Status, and My Tasks views are especially useful because I don't need to create separate lists just to see what's pending or what needs my attention. I can also see the priority and due date alongside each task, which makes the database much more useful than a simple checklist.
