All-in-One Solution with Excellent Mobile App
I like using Notion as it serves as a great management system for our software company. It's a concentrated place where we organize all our tasks and facilitates collaboration between team members. Notion is also a good system for holding procedures, processes, and documents. I find the mobile app particularly good and easy to use. The notifications are very good, keeping me always up to date with what's happening regarding my tickets. It's easy to go about.

Intuitive UI and powerful automation
The UI is pretty intuitive.
I struggle with the blank page, as the sky is the limit, but I like the blocks that can be used to develop pages that meets my needs.
Working with the claude integration has enabled me to product much better datasets, one thing that I've run into is that updating existing db's is somewhat limited.
The agents and workflows have allowed me to automate some of my processes and the ai summary and meeting capture is changed the way I work.
