NodaFi is most helpful by being able to track daily tickets/jobs and ongoing details. Being able to search through all tickets with just one word is also very handy when in a rush or in between multiple tasks. Having parts inventory update when parts that are used are put in the "Parts" tab, makes for a streamlined tracking process. Maintaining accuracy is huge and when we do not have to manually edit the actual inventory amount, it saves a lot of time. Being able to see the updates from different users on the ongoing tickets is always helpful in tracking progress, conversations with vendors, and seeing what timeline the ticket is on is very useful in keeping our department current and accurate. It is always appreciated when we have an issue that needs addressed, that Customer Support is always on top of responding to us right away, and if it cannot be resolved over email, Morgan is always ready to hop on a phone call to help work everything out.
