I appreciate how user-friendly the system is and how closely it resembles Oracle, which made the transition smooth. It's especially helpful during year-end audits and when accessing archived data. Implementation was very straightforward; the most challenging part was cleaning up our existing data. Customer support has been excellent — most issues are resolved within 24 hours. The APX team has also made integration seamless, requiring minimal involvement from our internal IT team.

APX is easy to navigate and use. I can easily find past processed invoices for review or recall an incorrectly processed invoice.

However, the most appreciable part of the product is the support provided by NIVO1. The best thing is the quarterly patches and updates they deliver according to the ERP with which it is configured. Compared to competitors, it is more stable and a cloud-based solution, so it is more reliable.
