Easy to Use Product with Regular Updates and Improvements Based on Customer Feedback
The product is easy to use and does everything it needs to do, but they still continue quarterly enhancements and bug fixes. The implementation was very straightforward to complete. They have some of the best customer support of any software vendor I have ever worked with and leverage their customers to build enhancements.
