What do you like best about AP Express?

I appreciate how user-friendly the system is and how closely it resembles Oracle, which made the transition smooth. It's especially helpful during year-end audits and when accessing archived data. Implementation was very straightforward; the most challenging part was cleaning up our existing data. Customer support has been excellent — most issues are resolved within 24 hours. The APX team has also made integration seamless, requiring minimal involvement from our internal IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AP Express?

There’s very little to dislike about AP Express. However, one area that could use improvement is the follow-up on pending issues. While I recognize that communication can be a two-way street, there’s room for better coordination between our internal contacts and the technical DBAs to ensure smoother resolution of outstanding items. What problems is AP Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recently they were able to create an exception hierarchy for approvals by supplier. This will help us minimize the approvals going to our Executive team and free up some time for them to focus on what is important to manage the business. One thing I really like to see is the improvement of touchless processing for simple invoices that the OCR can process with a PO or default approver. What do you like best about AP Express?

As a heavy JDE user, JDE Integration and having staff that are well versed in JDE was a huge benefit. AP Express is always willing to listen to enhancement ideas and looks to improve the product with organizing those with the greatness impact to all the customers. What do you dislike about AP Express?

Sometimes enhancements can take longer than hoped to implement. However, I recognize this as a company they need to prioritize those that have a larger impact on customer base and those that must be completed in order for a customer to be able to do business. What problems is AP Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

AP Express has helped eliminate the need for paper and now have a complete documented audit trail on approvals. This has allowed our team to be able to work more efficiently when not in the office and help keep staff head counts the same as our business grows, not requiring us to hire more. "Easy to Use Product with Regular Updates and Improvements Based on Customer Feedback"

What do you like best about AP Express?

The product is easy to use and does everything it needs to do, but they still continue quarterly enhancements and bug fixes. The implementation was very straightforward to complete. They have some of the best customer support of any software vendor I have ever worked with and leverage their customers to build enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AP Express?

The batch interfaces work well, but sometimes I wish the integration was more in real time with connection direct to the Oracle database. That would however introduce some security concerns, so not sure how feasible it would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AP Express?

APX is easy to navigate and use. I can easily find past processed invoices for review or recall an incorrectly processed invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AP Express?

When manually adding a credit line, a warning appears stating that "Negative quantity cannot have a zero unit price. Please adjust the unit price", preventing me from tabbing to the next cell to finish until I click out.

"Eliminate data-entry errors with Cloud based NIVO1 Accounts Payable Automation"

What do you like best about AP Express?

The most helpful feature of NIVO1 Accounts Payable Automation is that it eliminates manual data entry, a significant source of error in payables systems. However, the most appreciable part of the product is the support provided by NIVO1. The best thing is the quarterly patches and updates they deliver according to the ERP with which it is configured. Compared to competitors, it is more stable and a cloud-based solution, so it is more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AP Express?

The one feature that needs some attention is the Manage Work workbench; new additional filtering criteria can be added. However, with no complaints, most AP payables automation solutions are realized with NIVO1's solution. Another scope for improvement is the pdf reading capability of the NIVO1 Accounts Payable Automation. NIVO1 Accounts Payable Automation reads pdf and directly enters invoice line details into the system, but currently, this feature needs human supervision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AP Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

NIVO1 Accounts Payable Automation solves most payables invoice and payment data management challenges. It acts as an interface between the ERP and the vendors from whom we procure our materials. It is an easy to use solution, its UI is very intuitive. As a result, NIVO1 Accounts Payable Automation has reduced data-entry errors and improved invoice processing speed and payment settlements.
