Great hosting company

Whenever I submit a support request, Nexcess always responds within a few hours. If they need further information from me about the ticket, they continue to respond quickly to each subsequent update I make to the ticket. On the few occasions when I've needed to talk directly to someone on the phone, it's been quick to get in touch with a support person. Initial setup was very easy as well. I use Nexcess to host Magento, and Nexcess installed the Magento software and did the initial configuration.
