I really like how NexHealth makes it easy for patients to schedule their own appointments, which is a top priority for us. Syncing NexHealth to our schedule was amazing, and the way it digitizes forms is great too. It also simplifies payments, making it easy for patients to check out and ensuring payments go straight into the right account, which helps us avoid errors at the end of the day. NexHealth does an excellent job with communications to our patients, offering many options for us to use. I also appreciate that NexHealth has a "Waiting List" feature that helps us fill open slots on our schedule without having to call patients. NexHealth also sends out certain forms automatically to our patients reducing the need for us to sned them out.

I like that NexHealth is fully integrated with my EMR, which makes managing patient appointments and communications so much easier. It takes the workload off the front desk by managing the calendar for patients easily. I also appreciate that NexHealth has more feature functionality than the previous product I used, Doctable, and it adds more value to my practice. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was a plus.
