I like that NexHealth speeds up and makes insurance verification more accurate than what we were doing before, especially on the fly. The online booking makes it easier for patients to book with us, and it's good overall. Being able to send out campaigns to segments of patients is also helpful. The setup process was very smooth, which was great.

I use NexHealth for messaging patients, filling our schedule, sending statements, and patient forms. The biggest problem NexHealth solves for my office is time. Time is very valuable, and not having to call or schedule patients, collect balances, etc., gives me time back for other responsibilities. It's great to have a tool that works for me while I handle other tasks. I also love that it's very customizable to fit what works best for my workflow. I like how user-friendly it is. The messaging feature is the one I value the most as it makes my day easier and more seamless. It integrates and syncs up very well with our dental program, Dentrix. Adding additional options within NexHealth was very easy, and calls with their employees are pleasant.
