Whats not to love? As a small business this provides invaluable help keeping track of my appointments and charges as well as having the map feature and being able to set certain areas for certain days, the easy way to rebook customers after completing their appointment and being able to set them up on a schedule is great, I have my customers colour coded as I work in a salon and in home so this works for me. Now being able to send grooming reports after a groom (when I remember to do it) is also a cool feature, it sends out reminders as well so my customers dont miss an appointment. Customer support has been for me quick and easy and even if you think it may be a stupid question, they dont treat you like it is they are really helpful.
