Mirific is a cloud-based collaborative work management system. It is uniquely designed for managers and workers that are executing complex work tasks, especially across distributed teams. Mirific enables the creation of tasks and assignment of owners, as well as other appropriate resources required for the task. Furthermore, it governs the execution of the tasks based upon desired policies, required steps (checklists) all while noting exceptions and recording work hours and locations. While the task is being executed, Mirific facilitates real-time communications via status updates, automated notifications, and chat channels ensure that workers and managers have the information they need when they need it. Finally, it provides summary views of all planned work, work in progress, and completed work - all updated in real-time. Once the work is completed, Mirific supports standard reports, interactive data exploration, and data publishing to enable a wide range of analytics based upon actual work data. From a usability perspective, Mirific is specifically designed for the mobile worker. Navigating the Mirific app is simple and intuitive. The user provides information and updates by simply selecting from picklists and buttons greatly reducing the need for manual typing.
