The ease of putting together fundraising campaigns and the donation receipts being sent automatically to donors is the biggest bang for our buck. The support is top-notch; we had a few instances where we needed some assistance (primarily with the matching campaign tools) and we are always able to reach someone quickly to help guide us through.

Amazing Team and Product
What I've found most helpful and impressive is the team/staff support at Mightycause - the webinars they do, and the videos explaining features/"how to" information are really great. When I've needed support, they were quick to respond over email as well. And the donation dashboard works well and is easy to use to see donations at a glance for a month, which is helpful when reporting those out.
