Amazing Team and Product

What I've found most helpful and impressive is the team/staff support at Mightycause - the webinars they do, and the videos explaining features/"how to" information are really great. When I've needed support, they were quick to respond over email as well. And the donation dashboard works well and is easy to use to see donations at a glance for a month, which is helpful when reporting those out.

Helpful setup support; easy user interface

The platform was easy to setup in a timely manner and offered some tips and suggestions along the way. I also appreciated the "to do" list to be sure I had setup everything necessary.

A functional solution for orgs with limited funds

|Mightycause
Mightycause provides a way to receive donations. It's fees and monthly subscription are low which can make it attractive to smaller orgs with limited resources. We subscribe to the lowest version, Essentials. This version lets us receive donations, create links, produce reports, and export activity to other programs for sending donor statements. If all you need is way to receive funds, Essentials will effectively meet this need.
