Once you get it built out, pulling in solid, pre-approved answers is almost effortless. Instead of following up with several SMEs for the same or even similar responses every time, I can usually find what I need in just a couple of clicks. Even though I try to keep a repository of my own- Loopio makes it easier for me. One of the best feature is Loopio Magic, where it understands the context to find the answers you are looking for- especially in areas were you can use similar answers to find answers close to it. It feels less like I’m copying and pasting and more like the tool is helping me piece things together. And the collaboration side is great too.
