Improving Workflow Efficiency with Loopio
The biggest upside to Loopio is the library. Our library is in the final stages of being built out, and categories and tags have already saved us a significant amount of time, allowing us to find content without having to dig through completed RFP files.
I’ll also say their customer support has been stellar. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance with adding an export template, the response has been quick and clear.

It is so easy to use, making responding to tender questions so much faster and accurate and the available collaboration is just so good for our bid team. I use it every day to respond to tenders or update the library. We have also increased our contributor numbers so that our product owners can log on and update the library responses, in their area of expertise.
