It's very user friendly and intuitive. I had tried 2 other lending platforms and they were clunky and difficult to navigate.

I started fractionalized lending in 2023 and my business took off in 2024 and was doing everything using word and excel, all while working fulltime. I found Lendr last month and it has been a HUGE time saver!!!! Not only does it make my life easier, it gave my company ya MORE professional look and feel. Not only does it have great loan analysis tools, it issues mortgage statements to my borrower and interest statements to my lending partners. My borrowers love it and so do my lending partners. Life changing for sure. The system is fairly easy to use and pretty intuitive. I'm not using all of the features right now. I have been integrating them little by little. Final step for me will be document automation. But as for the features I've used, it's been great. Just sent up my ACH payments yesterday. Looking forward to collecting borrowers payments electronically and to not have to wait on checks to deposit or clear my account before I can pay lending partners. Additionally, Bryce and Quinn did a great job with onboarding and providing technical support.

Lendr has been a fantastic tool for us. We struggled with spreadsheets for some time until we decided to move forward with Lendr. We looked at all of the options out there and decided to go with Lendr and haven't looked back since.
