The platform is a one-stop shop for all parts of a private/hard money lending company that uses a fund or a co-lending model. Lendr even works to onboard your investors. You don't have to buy Loan Servicing Software + Investor Management software (Lendr does it all). Lendr is extremely user friendly. You quickly become proficient with all of what it can do. However, if you do find that you need help, their team consistently responds to e-mail questions/requests within minutes (not hours); I find that crazy helpful. Moreover, when they like your idea and/or suggestion for improving how the product functions they change the backend functionality within a day or 2. I could not be happier with this product, I can now concentrate my efforts on marketing and capital raising as Loan Servicing has gotten so much simpler and reliable.
