We use Ledge primarily during month-end close, and the agent builder has been the biggest value for us. The ability to build agents around our own accrual, reconciliation, and posting logic is what made this stick for the team. We’ve set up agents for bank recs, accruals, prepaids, and some recurring journal entries — work that used to be rebuilt manually every month. By automating the repetitive parts of the close, we cut about five days without changing our review standards. I also like that everything still lives in Excel and NetSuite. That made adoption much easier and means we haven’t given up control or accuracy. It’s been one of the more impactful changes we’ve made to our close in a while. The team adopted it quickly because it fits into how they already work rather than forcing a new process.

Ledge has removed our reliance on outdated, cumbersome Excel spreadsheets previously used to generate month-end journal entries in Xero. Multiple financial feeds are handled with ease. The excellent support from Danna and the team has been beyond exceptional.
