Sidekick is a Chrome extension from Leadspace that provides B2B contact data and sales intelligence directly within LinkedIn. It is designed for sales managers, sales directors, VPs of sales, sales development representatives, and account executives who use LinkedIn as part of their prospecting workflow. When a user views a LinkedIn profile or search result, Sidekick surfaces verified business email addresses and direct dial phone numbers for the contact, along with associated company information from the Leadspace data graph. Each contact is scored for fit against the user's defined Target Audience, allowing reps to assess relevance without leaving the page. Core capabilities include: 1.Contact data enrichment: Verified email addresses and direct dial phone numbers surfaced on LinkedIn profiles and search results. 2.AI fit scoring: Contact-level scoring based on a configurable Target Audience definition. 3.LookaLikes: Identification of additional contacts with attributes similar to a selected profile or existing customer list. 4.AI outreach drafting: Generation of personalized email and LinkedIn message drafts using contact and company context. 5.Buying group mapping: Identification of related decision-makers and stakeholders within the same target account. 6.CRM and sales engagement integrations: One-click export of enriched contacts and activity to Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach. Sidekick supports both individual prospecting and account-based selling workflows. It is available through a freemium model with daily credits and supports team-based usage across sales organizations. Sidekick is part of the Leadspace GTM Data Intelligence Cloud and operates within the LinkedIn interface.

Leadspace increased our outreach volume and performance.

The intuitive and user-friendly interface of Leadspace's Salesforce integration makes training new users a breeze. The contact details are the most up to date and accurate of any app I've used. The ability to customize profiles to provide only the personas you're looking for is an added bonus. Modifying these identities is also simple, thanks to the fantastic customer service team.

Lead flow and scoring with Leadspace.

Leadspace is currently one of our most valuable resources. We use it to score leads, match accounts, and enrich leads. We are also considering expanding our services to include identifying new contacts at our target companies. My favorite element of Leadspace is persona scoring. We collaborated with the dedicated Leadspace representatives to determine our target consumers by studying job descriptions, education levels, and technology used. Our lead scoring algorithm and campaign segmentation rely on the scores assigned by these personas to new leads. I like how simple it is to connect to Marketo via webhook and how soon leads are enriched. In addition, we have a fantastic customer success team with whom we may collaborate.

Exceptional quality

I absolutely love Leadspace and their Customer Success team. The data they provide is of the highest quality and allows us to create projects that are specifically tailored to our needs. We can trust every piece of information we receive from them, which has led to informed decisions being made by all of my operational staff. Their customer service exceeds expectations - Heather and Steve lead a wonderful group who have always gone above and beyond what I've asked for!
