It is so easy to search through all of the great resources and find things that can have an immediate positive impact on your life. Furthermore, searching for a professional that can help you with counseling and/or coaching is incredibly easy. Once you have connected with someone, setting up a time to meet with them virutally is simple and quick, they even offer several times to choose from that would work well with your schedule. Overall, having a hassle-free program that helps with my mental health and career has been incredibly valuable. Being able to use the app when it fits my schedule and recieve such great advice from the professionals at Kyan has been life-changing.
