Kyan did hire, probably, the best people they could
I want to say that I use Kyan for coaching and psychology sessions. The coaches there are 10/10.
It had helped me to progress through my career, understand work situations better, find explanations in myself.
It was difficult to start - I was like "is there something I can be coached on? Do I just tell about the problems? Do I need to use this opportunity at all?"

I’ve been using Kyan Health for a while now and overall I really like it. The platform is easy to use and offers a good mix of self-guided content, live coaching, and programs you can follow at your own pace. What I’ve appreciated most are the personal sessions — the quality has been really good and it feels like proper support rather than something generic.
