I like that Kyan Health offers 3 free sessions with a coach through my company plan, which is really great. It is very good that I can get an appointment with a coach quickly without having to wait long. The app makes it super easy to find an appointment, especially if I have mental health issues or challenges. I also appreciate the availability of virtual coaching, as this feature is very meaningful. Additionally, setting up Kyan Health is super easy, just like downloading an app and registering with my company email address, and it couldn't be simpler.
