It saves over 50% of the time screening the candidate. It's very user-friendly, and there is not much time to implement this and get adapted to it. It has AI to create screening steps, screening the candidates and helping to filter the best suitable one with very minimal human intervention. All the initial screening process has been fully automated by AI. We are using it for every screening now, and it helps in filtering candidates very easily and effectively. we have integrated with our existing ATS.

Using the Joboro platform has been a great support to us.
