As a low-code tool, Inrule Process Automation really helps VGR to release new applications quickly with the help of our internal customers. The customers can also fill in the gap with an application that is built just as they want it. The process automation tool fills in the gaps that are not even possible to address with ERP systems since no ERP system is built for every business case. The process engine has a really good design, is intuitive, and customers always like to see their thoughts visualized during workshops. With the list, customers can then follow the instance that is started and track it through the whole process. This gives the organization transparency, and everyone in the team can follow the instance; it is not stuck in someone's mailbox. The strength of the process automation tool is that it is easy to learn compared to many other vendors. Another strength is the process engine, which has a good user interface and is fun to work with as a developer and serves as a good communication tool with the customers. Another great thing is that they offer the process automation tool as an on-prem solution, which is vital for the context that my company works with. If we didn't have an on-prem solution, we couldn't build as many solutions with this platform.

It is easy to learn and my team was able to quickly adapt. It was also flexible in terms of integrating with our existing enterprise apps.

It's easy to train people after understanding the basics. Creating rules is fast. Testing and promoting are quick and easy to complete as well. I do not work with other software to compare it to, but I would imagine the ease of use is hard to match.
