Illumin’s Visual Journey Canvases Make Campaign Strategy and Optimization Easy
The most helpful feature of Illumin is seeing the journey canvases and drag and dropping tactics, audiences, etc for a full visual of your campaign and strategy. I also enjoy seeing where optimizations can be made and what is losing bids, etc easily. Their customer service is also great - I really appreciated my two reps/account managers.

Great for Nontraditional Advertisers, Needs Better Usability
I appreciate that Illumin provides us with the opportunity to retain more nontraditional clients. It allows us to work with advertisers who can't be put on traditional DSPs, which is a huge advantage for our business. Furthermore, it's essential for helping us keep important clients, like a credit union that wants to target cannabis dispensaries. Without Illumin, retaining such clients and running these campaigns wouldn't be possible.
