What I like most about Idiligo Business is how easy and stress-free it feels to use. Having all customer conversations in one place saves me time, helps me respond faster, and I can manage customer communication more smoothly—even on busy days—without feeling overwhelmed. I also find the initial setup to be pretty easy overall. The setup felt intuitive, and I had the main communication channels running quickly. It outperforms every other FSM tool I've used for field techs working in locations with spotty or nonexistent service. The mobile app is 100% offline-capable, allowing techs to access job details, work orders, customer info, and even capture digital signatures without data. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures compliance with state-specific job checklists, even in remote areas. Additionally, I love the native US payment processing and instant invoicing, which quickly turns a completed job into a paid invoice and accelerates cash flow. This feature has dramatically reduced our wait time for payments and eliminated late payment follow-ups. Finally, the initial setup is surprisingly fast and intuitive, designed for US field service SMBs and even easy for non-technical admins.
