User-Friendly Platform with good Feedback and Recognition Features

Hive is really user friendly, easy to set up and review survey feedback, and has great additional functionality with the open door "always on" feedback, as well as the recognition which can be viewed by colleagues. I like the fact that when a survey is live, you can see the data in real time, so get a sense of what the results are going to be without having to wait for it to close. The Hive support team are also really responsive, and go the extra mile to ensure you get the best results

Anonymous, Customizable, and Effortless Reporting

I like how it is completely anonymous but also how we are able to configure our organisation within the system to generate data we need. The reports are simple to generate and to view.
