It's so easy to structure your support site, create content, collaborate with your team, and publish. The resulting site is just beautiful and SUPER fast. AND there's a widget that works perfectly, so my app itself has onboard support. THEN there's AI. If you want to give your users AI on your knowledgebase, bingo, it couldn't be easier and it's so effective. For a few years I've been managing some of my projects inside Notion. Eventually one project took off and turned into a full paid product. And I desperately needed a help center to put my FAQ, tutorials and guides on how to use all functionalities of my product. After a quick search I landed on Help Kit and never looked back. I can edit everything in the editor I'm used to (Notion) and it magically gets turned into a full fledged help center.
