It is very easy and intuitive to use and offers a great knowledge hub (both own Happeo resources and active users community). Great search engine. Easy integration with Gsuite. Happeo provided amazing, proactive support.

That is very user friendly, its just like using facebook or instagram, our organization has improved the way we communicate and share the information, I like the layout and the way we can create channels and manage the information on the platform.

The customer service and learning opportunities (webinars, FAQs, talking with outreach rep etc) have been helpful and easy to access. It is simple to use, can be as fun or serious as you want to make it (what fits best with your company's culture) and has greatly increased our employee engagement.<br><br>We use Google Workspace and the integration of calendar, documents and email makes communication and search functions more robust.
