That is very user friendly, its just like using facebook or instagram, our organization has improved the way we communicate and share the information, I like the layout and the way we can create channels and manage the information on the platform.

The customer service and learning opportunities (webinars, FAQs, talking with outreach rep etc) have been helpful and easy to access. It is simple to use, can be as fun or serious as you want to make it (what fits best with your compnay 's culture) and has greatly increased our employee engagement. We use Google Workspace and the integration of calendar, documents and email makes communication and search functions more robust.

The ease of use to create visually appealing information at the same time as integrating a lot of the software products we already use made it a no-brainer.
