I use Gong to prepare calls with clients based on the context of past calls and interactions. I find it very useful for gathering client context and continuous improvement, as it allows me to analyze which aspects I can improve in the future. What I like most about Gong is the ease of use. I especially value the ability to connect past calls and emails, which allows me to gain the full context. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

Efficient Meeting Management with Minor Language Limitations
I like that Gong is easy to use and very fast. The transcription feature is kind of accurate, which means I don't have to take notes myself and can focus more on the meeting. It helps me pay better attention to both customers and colleagues. Setting it up was also very easy.
