The AI is quite helpful for understanding things, and it makes revenue ops easy to manage using these AI tools. It’s mostly reliable at giving a record of conversations, and the conversation insights are frequently acted on for coaching. Exporting and sharing data and risk analysis work well for me.

I like Gong most for conversation intelligence and sales coaching. It captures and analyzes customer interactions, and managers or reps frequently act on the conversation insights. Pipeline and deal management is also a strong area for me.

It’s very reliable at capturing a record of conversations. The Slack integration is especially valuable: all sales calls that mention my team’s product ping in a Slack channel, which gives me visibility into how the product is being propositioned.
