I like that it has great analytics and chatbot support where I can go and ask questions in human language and it gives me the answers without me writing technical queries. The features feel indispensable for predictive growth and long term retention. Customer success is an important factor for us, and it helps maximize lifetime value and protect recurring revenue, plus it drives deal momentum, buyer alignment, and account expansion.

Saves me a ton of time on notes and follow-ups, but the AI can get confused
It saves me an incredible amount of time making notes following a call and sending follow up emails. The video record, automatic transcription, and AI text summarization are really helpful. It’s mostly reliable at capturing the conversation and themes, and it manages to pull out the key parts.
