I like that GCPay's website and layout are simple to understand, which helps me manage subcontractor payments more efficiently. Their customer support is great, resolving issues promptly. I also appreciate how GCPay integrates with our VP system, allowing subcontractors to log in and submit billings, keeping everything in one system. It's easy to import pay apps into our VP system, keeping track of all approvals, waivers, and affidavits, which makes posting costs reasonably easy. Once you understand all the features and settings, the initial setup is straightforward.

I am still so happy with the accuracy of all of the pay applications because you have total control of everything from the creation of the SOV to setting the days that subcontractors need to make their submissions and having total control over when the Change Orders are added to the subcontractors SOV. The other thing about GC Pay that has been absolutely wonderful is the Customer Service Department. They are so fast in responding to any request that I have and they always have everything resolved in minutes and I am able to continue without interruption.
