What I appreciate most is the collaboration the team is willing to have with their clients. They’re always open to new ideas and do a great job generating excitement around what’s new. It’s clear the team genuinely wants their clients to succeed while using their product. And if you run into an issue with one of their products, they do everything they can to improve it and make it better.

The reason I like FullStory for multiple reasons. The tool is robust and useful to help me determine the performance of our site as well as help me identify issues before the customer expresses them. The ability to match a customer concern with a session has helped us better understand issues from the video recordings. The MCP/Claude integration also helps me explain what I am trying to discover with assistance and guidance, which begins the process of creating metrics or segments. The interface is extremely easy to navigate and use. I find the AI insights beneficial as well. All these functions and features make it perfect for a sole UX researcher and I also have a team of experts from FullStory to help support me and help me develop metrics, segments and dashboards. The support team is above most performs/tools I use.
