Centralizes Data, But Navigation Could Improve

I like using FlowForma Process Automation because it stores all information in one place, which eliminates the need for paper records and consolidates information instead of relying on several emails. I also enjoy the automated dropdown lists, which save time for the applicant filling in a form and help prevent typos and bad data. Additionally, I think it looks good.

No-code excellence, enhance office efficiency

I like that FlowForma Process Automation can transform processes from manual paper-based to online processes in a very short time. The biggest feature is that it truly achieves no-code development, greatly lowering the threshold for implementing BPM solutions and significantly shortening the time from idea to process launch. I think FlowForma's AI capabilities have greatly improved compared to last year, and its understanding of Chinese requirements is also very accurate. Additionally, I find FlowForma easier to use than Power Automate/Power Apps because it has a lower usage threshold and shorter process delivery time.
