Seamless Voice Integration, Needs Improved Digital Channel Management
I find the voice channels on the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center Platform to be seamless and easy to use. The ease of use is something I like most about it, and it was also easy and seamless to set up initially. I value how it helps in monitoring agent activity, which is essential for keeping track of productivity among my agents.

Five9 a great way to communicate especially when working from home!
What I like most about the Five9 software is that it gives you multiple ways to communicate with the customer. And if you ever need help, a manager or supervisor can jump in right away to assist you without even having to disconnect from the customer.
