Five9 a great way to communicate especially when working from home!
What I like most about the Five9 software is that it gives you multiple ways to communicate with the customer. And if you ever need help, a manager or supervisor can jump in right away to assist you without even having to disconnect from the customer.

Customazation of data to both add and take out of the application. It also allows you to customize integrations of different applications and is very easy to use and implement. If you ever have any issues their Customer support is always available and very quick to respond.
