I love the progressive and predictive features of the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center Platform. It makes my life easier because I don't have to deal with making notes or tracking customer information manually. Five9 does everything for me, saving numbers, emails, and all the important customer info that might be needed for the next call. It's a good place to store and update my customer's info, and I enjoy these features and benefits.
