Also, are it connects to your organisations AD, you can get all the account info you need for a member of staff to populate their signature. Exclaimer is definitely worth the money and removes the headache from staff and IT. Once setup, going forward, there's very little additional work to be carried out. Very easy to setup new signatures and put in exclusions to limit groups and individuals. You can tailor the system to work the way you want it to.

I also like the ability to pull contact details directly from our directory, which means when someone changes roles, their signature updates without manual edits. This also makes it easy to push updates across the whole firm quickly, ensuring everyone is on the same template without leaving anyone behind. The support is quick whenever we hit a snag, especially with specific issues that need special handling. It's been reliable enough to justify the price for our firm.
