There isn't anything new that I like about Exclaimer, but I already like the existing stuffs and that's the reason I am still using it. But Exclaimer did introduce a number of updates with small quality of life improvements which I think overall made my experience more pleasant.

I really like how easy Exclaimer is to use. The initial setup was straightforward, and migrating from the client side to the server side was incredibly simple. Its integration with Google Workspace is something I really appreciate since it makes everything really easy. The Google Marketplace add-on simplifies everything further, enhancing the integration with Google Workspace. The signature editing tools are incredibly convenient because I can manage everything within the portal itself. The tools are specifically tailored to signature management, which makes the process user-friendly. Even though I don't manage signatures myself, I've seen how easy it is for those who do, and it's a nice experience to edit the signature from the admin portal.

Exclaimer is the industry standard for email signature management software in its class. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, and regular updates continue to make the platform even easier to use. The integration with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem significantly simplifies the onboarding of new customers to the platform, as well as the ongoing management of their users. The price of the solution has increased over time, but at this point it still remains reasonable considering the functionality and value it provides. Support is fast and responsive. Overall, however, we have rarely experienced issues with Exclaimer itself. Most problems have been related to Microsoft services, which are unfortunately known to experience occasional service disruptions and technical issues. I would recommend Exclaimer to any company with more than 50 employees. Once an organization reaches that size, managing email signatures consistently across all users can become increasingly difficult. With Exclaimer, this process becomes simple, centralized, and easy to manage.
