It is called The Davidic Growth Paradigm. It starts by finding out how ready and prepared you and your people are to embrace digital technologies. By understanding this crucial aspect of the digital journey, we will be able to find out how to introduce technology to your business in a way that will not overwhelm. Understanding the readiness of your people will dramatically reduce their resistance to change and will create an atmosphere where your employees will be enthusiastically supporting the introduction of technology into their work processes. But the more powerful feature of my method is its ability to quickly identify actionable items from the digital maturity assessment mentioned earlier. You see, I created the questions in the assessment not only to arrive at a score that shows your business's readiness. Your employees' answers will also point to a manageable number of things that you can do to produce significant improvements in your business. These actionable items are further refined to become OARs or Objectives and Agile Roadmaps through a proprietary process called the Hexagap Analysis. This will help you steer your business to a path of consistent and sustainable growth. OARs is a powerful derivative of OKRs or Objectives and Key Results. It is a collaborative approach employed by teams and individuals to establish ambitious and challenging goals accompanied by measurable outcomes. Utilizing OARs facilitates the monitoring of progress, fosters alignment, and promotes engagement in achieving measurable objectives. Once you have your actionable items clearly defined as OARs, you can then create an overall roadmap to get your business on track for achieving its digitalization objectives. From defining your objectives, you will move to higher stages of digital maturity that will see you business become committed to executions of technological improvements, and on to sustainable implementations that will result in accelerated growth. And all within a period of one and a half years.
