After more than two years of hands-on usage, the biggest strength of Emakin is how well it balances low-code speed with developer-level control. The process designer is mature and stable for modeling complex workflows including conditional routing, SLA handling, and escalation scenarios. From a technical side, the REST API layer is robust and well-structured, making integrations with ERP, CRM, and custom microservices straightforward. The ability to extend workflows with scripts and business rules allows us to handle advanced scenarios without breaking the low-code experience. The platform is also very reliable in production, even under high process volumes.

The visual workflow designer is very intuitive and speeds up process development significantly. From a developer perspective, the API support and scripting options provide strong flexibility for complex logic and system integrations.

From a developer and technical perspective, Emakin is highly flexible and integration-friendly. The platform enabled us to connect our internal systems with digital document flows, approval mechanisms, and external services without disrupting existing operations.
