Emakin is a reliable platform from an operational and system administration perspective. The tenant-based structure allows us to manage internal users and external suppliers securely and efficiently. User authentication via Microsoft 365 works smoothly, and automatic HR data integration significantly reduces user management overhead. Integrations such as our custom SMS service and OnlyOffice were easy to configure and maintain. Overall system stability and predictable behavior make day-to-day administration straightforward.

From a development perspective, Emakin offers strong flexibility and integration capabilities. We implemented a multi-tenant architecture to include suppliers in our contract and operational workflows, and the platform handled this complexity very well.
