What I like most is that thanks to artificial intelligence, we can check how the shelves in stores actually look, verify the presence of competition, and compare prices—both ours and the competition's. A big plus is also the ability to remotely check the work of representatives.

It is a highly supportive CRM system with an incredible amount of flexibility and customization options. We using the system for 9 years now and have tailored and adapted its functionality to meet our specific needs. Filters, reports, tasks, automatic PDF generation, color-coded highlights for customers who do not meet certain criteria, KPI displays, the ability to create tasks directly in the system for the next customer visit, creating and editing customer master data directly within the system, workflows initiated by sales reps that require approval from the Area Sales Manager, converting Excel spreadsheets into reports with automatic uploads, and much, much more. I read in another rewiev that its not possible to generate orders for more than one customer at a time... For us, it is. Because we talked to our Projekt manager, i told him what exactly we neeed and how it should work, and he generated the funcion for us with his programmers. My job is to think about how we can make the lifes of our field sales team easier and how they can work more efficiently. What I like most is probably that eLeader essentially puts no limits on what I can do. There is always,at least, a workaround to meet our requirements. Just be creative! This kind of freedom is absolutely essential if you want to remain the market leader.
