Docket able to accurately provide me with sales answer for question that I don't know about product that I am selling. Finding the answer is easy, just need to write the question and keyword on Slack, and the AI assistant will find all related topic and answer in second! Integration with Slack is easy, I just need to copy the API token and it is automatically connect both program. No technical experience needed for the process.
