Even though she is approached from multiple angles by our organization, she's able to collect all the asks while not only staying on top of them, but also responding quickly. I have a lot of trust in Taylor that if there is a need, even if it is not urgent, it will still be tackled with promptness. Even if the task is not something that can be handled immediately, her response is quick and communicative about the timeline and asks. Storm has also been an amazing asset. We are able to discuss our needs and work toward a collaborative solution that allows more flexibility for our organization to maintain control over our space and design while helping us with some of the more development-heavy tasks.
