I had an issue getting my CNAME to work with Godaddy and Vivek responded to my issue within a few minutes of adding it in the chat. He stayed with me through several emails as we worked out the issue. He also reached out to Godaddy directly to understand the problem at the source. They were reachable day, night and into the weekend. Very happy with the response I received as we got the CNAME issue resolved. Note that in the feature review, I ranked most things a 4 out of 7, because I am just starting with dealintent and haven't had a chance to use all the features yet. This review is primarily to praise the customer support I received.

As opposed to email communication with multiple attachments, threads, etc., Dealintent allows us to organize whatever we send to clients in a singular view. Whether it’s the presentations that we send to clients or any files that we have to share back and forth, it’s all grouped together really nicely. The personality insights is also really cool, as it tells us ahead of time what the prospective clients might be interested in and allows us to put together the right sales package for them

Its great to be able to know when someone is viewing our proposals. It allows us to gauge their level of interest and ensures that we follow up at the perfect moment. This feature alone has significantly improved our follow-up strategy
