Strong Bot Protection and Fair Pricing, but Support Response Times Need Improvement
DataDome is great because it takes a proactive measure in preventing bot attacks on client sites based on traffic patterns and behaviors. They do have 24/7 support and on-call in case anything needs to get escalated for them to refine their rules. The pricing of the subscription is also reasonable.

I like that DataDome monitors 24/7 without us having to keep an eye on the tool. We receive real-time alerts, which allows us to act immediately. Additionally, it detects multiple types of attacks, including those that use artificial intelligence, and shows us the action plan it used to prevent them. The initial setup was quite simple, as only one tag was applied.
