Compared to other competitors, DataDome’s documentation is very thorough, well written, and includes everything you need to get started. The support team is also very responsive and professional; most of the technical questions we had were answered during the initial call. The initial setup was very fast. It only took a few hours to complete the configurations, followed by a few days of traffic analysis with help from the support team. I also like how DataDome integrates with existing infrastructure, with both server-side integrations (Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly, HAProxy, Varnish, Nginx, Apache, etc.) and client-side integrations (JavaScript, Android SDK, iOS SDK, etc.). We are using the solutions for three years now and we did not experience any outages during this time. Their false-positive rate is very low and their support dept is very responsive.
